Here is a short guid to War Zone Attacks in War Commander: Rogue Assault (WC:RA)
First some general terms:
- War Zone (WZ) : the map area which consists of 2 large areas : Europe and Black Sea
- Zone : an area of the map, most often the name of a city or country (e.g. Amsterdam, Serbia, Rize)
- Area : the location where the Control Point is located. These areas have all the same name accross the different zones, but are located at different places. For example "Elevated Delta" is an area that you will find in most Zones.
- Control Point (CP-: an headquarter of an alliance inside an Area. Sometimes the CP can also be free (not belonging to an Alliance, for example when an alliance forfeits a CP)
How to attack a CP
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to launch a good attack. You should follow the right sequence, otherwise your attack might fail
1. Make sure you have enough members who will join you in the attack. Ideally these members are currently not inside the Area, or not even in the same Zone. This will help the element of surprise, because the defending Alliance (Enemy) will not know you are interested in their CP.
2. Check out the strength of the Enemy. Do not only look at the enemies inside the CP, but also at the complete member list. You can do that by clicking on any enemy, then on their Alliance symbol and finally on "Members". Remember that the enemy can be in a different Area or Zone, and jump in to defend their CP at any moment
3. When you are ready to attack, you make all your members jump in at the same time. Mark your enemy red! This is an important step! If your enemy is marked red, and you attack them from INSIDE the Area, they will be booted to a far away area (if your attack is successful).
If you make the mistake of attacking them from the OUTSIDE of the Area, they will only be bubbled.
4. To increase your chances of winning, you could activate the following buffs in your Alliance Store:
- War Zone Platoon Damage : Increases the overal damage of your platton when attacking Enemy HQ in War Zones
- War Zone Structures Health: Increases the overal HP of HQ against attackers in War Zones
- FOB Structure Health : Improves health of all FOB structures
- War Zone Move Cooldown : reduces the War Zone HQ move cooldown time
- War Zone Attack Cost : reduces War Zone oil attack costs
It is highly recommended to enable your Forward Operating Bases (FOB)
4. Once marked, you can remove all enemies from the Area. When all are removed (or at least the ones that have a high level) you can then declare War.
Declaring War (and successfully capturing the CP) is done in different stages:
The most important thing to remember is: you only need one (1) of your members to be present inside the Area at the end of the War to be successful. The more members you engage in the fight, the higher the chances are that you will win, because it makes it harder for the defender/enemy to deal with all of you.
So yes, low level attackers can make the difference!
Stage 1: Occupied
the Area is currently controlled by your enemy. You will need to win several attacks (depends on the level of the CP) against the CP before the timer reaches 00:00:00. You will see a countdown timer. It is adviced to wait till the counter resets to 29:59 because that will give you more time to complete all your attacks

Stage 3: War
Stage 4: Sudden Death
Stage 5: Secured
